McDonald VS Chicago

With the Chicago case being overturned and remanded I find this passage very informative of where the Supreme's are looking

"If what municipal respondents mean is that the Second Amendment should be singled out for special—and specially unfavor-able—treatment, the Court rejects the suggestion. The right to keep and bear arms must be regarded as a substantive guarantee, not a prohibition that could be ignored so long as the States legislated inan evenhanded manner."

In my opinion this would give the right to all citizens in the US to keep and bear arms for their personal protection.
More later as I finish reading the decision.
